Shipping policy
US SHIPPING POLICY:
Flint Leather Company ships all domestic and international orders via USPS. We also use UPS on larger items. All orders over the displayed dollar amount qualify for free shipping, so need to worry if your order qualifies. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. If you need an item overnighted, please email us immediately after placing the order at info@flintleatherco.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can!
We do not ship on national holidays, or weekends, if you place an order on a holiday or on a weekend it will be shipped the following business day.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Flint Leather Company is not responsible for customs fees incurred from customers purchasing from outside the United States.
We care about you as a consumer and as a valued customer of Flint Leather Company so we offer to pay for any return shipping if you are unsatisfied with your product. We want to make it right with you.
We work hard to keep our shipping rates free for orders over the listed "free shipping" amount while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and we appreciate your understanding.

Flint Leather Company is not responsible for items once they leave our hands.
Please allow up to 4-6 business days for your order to be fulfilled, unless otherwise noted in the listing, as all our items are made to order by hand.
A note about PO BOXES:
If you would prefer your mail to be delivered to your PO Box rather than a residential address, you can put a PO Box in as your shipping address! Please note that FedEx will not deliver packages to PO Boxes in the US, though it varies if they will or not internationally.
If you chose FedEx 2-day Express as your shipping method and your shipping address contains a PO Box, we will automatically change your shipping method over to USPS Priority mail so that you can still receive your package at your Post Office. Please note that the transit time for USPS Priority mail is about 1-3 business days as opposed to the 2-day FedEx timeframe.
